ESG funds are outperforming their peers globally, according to research by Bloomberg and Morningstar. Based on GCMY analysis, sustainability-rated stocks in the FBM KLCI too are outpacing their peers in the index by 3.5 times, signalling a significant performance difference between traditional and ESG-rated stocks in the country.
