Implemented an AI-enabled Just-In-Time (JIT) Port Arrival Ecosystem that integrates predictive planning, VTMS, and marine resource coordination into a single digital workflow. The system reduces anchorage waiting time, optimises vessel speed, and lowers fuel consumption and emissions while improving safety and operational efficiency.

Set and advanced a target to become Malaysia’s leading low-carbon bunkering hub by delivering the country’s first methanol and LNG SIMOPS bunkering operations, supported by long-term infrastructure investment and multi-agency safety readiness.

Implemented its integrated Green Port Strategy, combining digitalisation, renewable energy, a Vessel Traffic Management System (VTMS), and electric prime movers (e-PMs) to set a new industry benchmark for sustainable port operations.​

Advanced maritime decarbonisation through strategic partnerships on green shipping corridors, alternative fuels, and infrastructure readiness. Key actions included an MoU with Port of Melbourne to support low- and zero-carbon shipping, biodiesel trials with MPOB and PETRONAS Dagangan, and participation in IMO GreenVoyage2050 and the P4I programme.
