Workforce
Implemented a structured Sustainability Awareness Workshop that has trained 1,461 employees — representing 71% of the entire workforce — building practical competencies in NDPE, traceability, ESG risk management and EUDR readiness, and contributing to improved internal performance and a stronger SPOTT ranking.
