Introduced the Pos Hijau Carbon Emissions Tool in 2024, enabling customers to calculate and manage shipment-level Scope 3 emissions, preparing businesses for upcoming National Sustainability Reporting Framework (NSRF) requirements with audit-ready logistics carbon data.

Achieved 100% employee participation in its “Pos Wira” cultural transformation programme, complemented by the FIT wellbeing app and VR-based airside safety training, reframing its 15,000-strong workforce as “digital logistics heroes” equipped for a modern, high-risk operating environment.

Deployed Malaysia’s largest EV logistics fleet with over 1,252 e-bikes and 264 e-vans, extending electrified operations to Sabah and Sarawak and covering more than 10.8 million “clean kilometres”, earning Gold at The Edge ESG Awards 2025.

Became the first Malaysian logistics operator to commit to Net Zero 2050 supported by interim targets (e.g. 30% emissions reduction by 2025), a Sustainability Centre of Excellence, and sector-wide advocacy via the “Beyond the Boardroom” forum.
